The secret of this dessert is its genuine ingredients. The traditional recipe only uses egg whites, sugar, honey and toasted nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts). The nougat is born crumbly, therefore hard, and needs to be cooked for up to 12 hours.
