Pachè Organic Matt Durum Wheat 500 g

Pastificio Felicetti is the highest and the most northerly in Italy (1018 meters). It is located in Val di Fiemme in the heart of the Dolomites. The purity of the Latemar glacier feeds it with its water. The exceptional position confirms a rule: to make a good pasta you need good semolina, good water, good air and a good pasta maker. While semolina can be transported and found elsewhere, the other ingredients cannot. The pasta factory is located in a magical place, characterized by the density of its forests which together with the glacier give uncontaminated air and pure water.
