To make the crispy pizza focaccia, all you need to do is make a soft, quick dough, very hydrated, based on flour, water, salt, very little yeast and a little sugar to activate it. It is sufficient to let it rise for at least a couple of hours to obtain an excellent result.
The dough, so soft once it has risen, lends itself easily to being rolled out in a baking tin.
Let's oil our hands a little and roll it out super thin, because that's its main characteristic!
Add a drizzle of olive oil, tomato and a pinch of salt at the end and it will turn into a super crispy and really tasty pizza sheet when baked.
